Started as a hands-on software engineer, building a strong foundation in C/C++ before expanding into enterprise applications, integration technologies, web platforms, and cloud systems.

From Building Systems to Building Teams
As my responsibilities grew, the challenge shifted from solving technical problems myself to enabling teams to solve them well. I led engineering teams of up to 15 people across architecture, delivery, hiring, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Seeing Technology from the Other Side
Consulting moved me closer to the business problems behind the technology. It changed the questions from simply "How should we build this?" to "What problem are we solving, for whom, and what creates the most value?"

Building my own products brought the previous chapters together. Engineering helped me understand what could be built. Leadership taught me how to execute. Consulting taught me to question what should be built. Product building forced me to test all three against real users.
